Interview Project: Stranger 13

This is a project that is very personal to me, its in some ways a kind of therapy. With a goal to reflect about things in my life and to go beyond my comfort zone, through the life stories of others.

Hope you enjoy it.

52 Weeks.

A new one every friday.
17 years old high school junior who specializes in literature. She was in a school that teaches how to work in hotels and restaurants, but decided that it was not something she wanted to do. Her favorite colors are green and brown. "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" is her favorite movie and her favorite quote is "When you really want something, you will find a way to do it". Her favorite memory from childhood is when she did a dance camp for three weeks, at the end of the camp, she performed in front of a public dancing on the music of Pink Floyd. She then told me that she has many bad memories growing up, especially in school.
I then asked her what would be the one thing she would change about this world, she responded that it would to stop wars over religion, because for her religion is one of the main reasons people fight.
Her latest accomplishment is the decision to stop smoking, she has been clean for 2 weeks now.

Her name is Justine.

Sunshine Cleaning

[78/365] We decided to go see "Sunshine Cleaning" b/c it seemed like such a bizarre premise and Amy Adams did such a fine job in "Mrs. Pettigrew Lives for A Day." Although it hasn't received great reviews, I liked it. It was entertaining, funny, and basically what you'd expect. I'm not sure what people are complaining about.

This is a shot of the building the theater was in. Landmark on Clark, I think it was. Escalators, oh my!
